OUR SEARCH PROCESS
Potential Candidate research and identification. Research sources include ENGGSOL proprietary candidate database, “on-line” industry sources, specific industry network contacts, directories, professional associations and other source networks. Potential Candidate qualification via telephone and/or interviewed in-person Client receives and reviews the Qualified Candidate interview details and recommends to the client interview team. Final candidate is selected by the client. Written background reference investigation of candidate is completed by ENGGSOL and provided to the Client. Final candidate compensation package specifics (salary, benefits and starting date) are discussed in detail with the Client. Verbal job offer is made to final Candidate by ENGGSOL lead search consultant. The written job offer letter is prepared after verbal acceptance of the offer has been settled with both the final Candidate and the Client.
REFERENCE CHECKS
Enggsol carries out extensive reference checks when a candidate is being considered for a position. Reference checks are conducted by phone, fax or email. A consultant will contact the candidate directly to request alternative reference information if necessary. We have our own reference check format which we furnish our clients or if required work with our clients to establish interview questions, ensuring that all the important information is gathered. We complete the reference check forms and e-mail our client to keep this information as an internal HR record.
